Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering outstanding customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product-related inquiries, order issues, and provide detailed information about Imperial Brands' offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Stay updated on Imperial Brands products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within FMCG or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
