Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Croatian to Booking.com users through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any issues they face.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and travel industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel or online booking platforms, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication technologies preferred.
