In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive and professional customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and after-sales support related to electronic devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay informed about product updates, new technologies, and company policies to provide precise information.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer service quality and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work onsite.
