Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Croatian-Speaking Customer Agent to join an international airline team based in Athens, Greece. This role offers a paid relocation package, ideal for candidates fluent in Croatian who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the aviation industry. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Croatian-speaking customers with flight inquiries, bookings, and other travel-related support, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Croatian through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and CRM software is advantageous.
