Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties. NoGigiddy respects these rights and provides this page so you can exercise them.

What We Collect

When you visit NoGigiddy, we and our third-party partners may collect:

• Identifiers (IP address, cookie IDs, browser fingerprints)
• Ad click IDs, such as the Microsoft click ID (“msclkid”) added to links from our Microsoft ads
• Usage data (pages visited, links clicked, time on site, and how you scroll and click on our pages)
• Device and browser information
• Referral source and affiliate tracking parameters

If you sign up for our emails (for example on a job page or one of our free tests), we collect your email address and, on some forms, your first name or ZIP code. Our email list can also hold your last name, phone number, date of birth and gender, when you or a partner you signed up with gave them to us. We do not collect financial information directly.

When you sign up for a partner platform through one of our links, that platform collects your information under its own privacy policy. It tells us when the referral converts: the commission and an identifier. Some education partners also send the email address and IP address you gave them and the school you asked about.

How We Share Your Information

NoGigiddy operates as an affiliate marketing platform. When you click a partner link and sign up for a service, we share tracking data (such as a click ID or cookie value) with our affiliate network partners, so they credit us with the referral and pay us a commission. For some offers we also pass your details so the partner's sign-up form is filled in for you: your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code and, for a few offers, your date of birth and gender. This may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law.

We advertise through Microsoft Advertising (for example on Bing). Microsoft's Universal Event Tracking (UET) tags on our site use cookies to record the pages you view and when you sign up. Microsoft also gets your IP address and browser and device details. One of the tags also runs Microsoft's UET Insights, which records how you use our pages (such as clicks, scrolling and time on page). When you arrive from one of our Microsoft ads, we later send Microsoft that ad's click ID with the time and value of conversions we credit to it, so we can measure and improve our ads. This may count as “sharing” of personal information under California law. Microsoft collects or receives this personal data to provide Microsoft Advertising; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and section 8a of our privacy policy.

Our pages also show display ads through Ezoic and its advertising partners, including Google, and our games pages (nogigiddy.com/play) show ads directly from Google AdSense. They set and read cookies and similar identifiers. They collect information such as your IP address, device and browser, and the pages you view, to choose, show and measure those ads. The ads may be personalized based on your visits to our site and other sites. This may count as “sharing” of personal information under California law. See section 8b of our privacy policy.

We also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that may share aggregated usage data with their platforms.

We use ProveSource to display on-site social proof notifications (e.g., live visitor counts and recent member join activity). ProveSource derives approximate location from your IP address solely to display city-level context in these notifications. ProveSource acts as a service provider under CCPA — this is not a sale of personal information.

How to Opt Out

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing. No other request is needed. For your browser:

• Microsoft's UET tags don't load on our pages.
• We don't save the Microsoft ad click ID from your visit.
• We stop using the ad click IDs we saved for this browser before.
• Once we know who you are (from a sign-up or a link in one of our emails), we also stop using the ones we saved for you.
• Our offer links and our sign-up thank-you page don't fill in partners' forms with your details.
• Conversions we sent Microsoft before your signal stay with Microsoft.

GPC does not yet cover three things:

• The display ads on our pages (Ezoic and Google). To opt out of those, use the links at the end of this section.
• The sign-up form at nogigiddy.com/start, which is run by Typeform. When you send it, it passes the name and email you typed to the partner offer it shows next.
• The click ID our offer links send to the partner network, so the partner can tell us when you sign up with them and we get paid.

Our form. To opt out of any other sale or sharing of your personal information, use this form. It opts out this browser right away, the same way GPC does. It also stops Microsoft conversion data connected to your email address, and sends us your request so we can finish the rest.

You may also limit tracking by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, using a private/incognito window, or installing a browser extension that blocks third-party trackers. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. Opting out will not affect your ability to use NoGigiddy or access any content on our platform.

Other Privacy Rights
