In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, order status, and warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
