Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading automotive company in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to vehicles, services, and after-sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, service appointments, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive products, features, and company policies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English language skills are advantageous.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece.
