In this role, you will provide professional and empathetic customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, claims, and policy information.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with insurance product information, policy details, claims processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Stay updated on company policies, insurance regulations, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback aimed at improving customer service and operational processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
