Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a reputable insurance company in Greece. In this role, you will provide professional and empathetic customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, claims, and policy information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with insurance product information, policy details, claims processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on company policies, insurance regulations, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback aimed at improving customer service and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
