Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a reputable Japanese multinational company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless communication experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, technical support, and issue resolution efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service procedures and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in multinational or similar industry settings.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural working environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
