This role is suited for individuals passionate about the video streaming industry and skilled at delivering exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless streaming experience by providing prompt and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries related to video streaming services.
- Support customers with account management, subscription issues, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video streaming product information, features, and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese language skills (spoken and written) are required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in video streaming or related technology sectors.
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting video streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team environment based in Greece.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
