Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Portuguese-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating content on various social media platforms to ensure that it complies with community guidelines and company policies, focusing on the Portuguese-speaking audience. Your contributions will help maintain a safe and positive online environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate social media content in Portuguese to ensure adherence to community standards and company policies.
- Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and messages in Portuguese.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as per company procedures.
- Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategy and community engagement.
- Keep updated with social media trends, moderation guidelines, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally handle sensitive content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
