Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices and platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvements.
- Keep updated on new content and platform features to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Portuguese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital streaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical inquiries effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and general computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
