Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Portuguese-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely customer support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding electronic products and services.
- Assist customers with technical issues, product information, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
