Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring Italian-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about video streaming services and keen to support Italian-speaking customers with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive streaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to video streaming services.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Stay updated on video streaming products, features, and promotional offers to inform customers effectively.
- Collaborate within the team to enhance customer service quality and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written) are required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the video streaming or technology sectors, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting of video streaming services.
- Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team environment in Greece.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
