Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and assistance to Italian-speaking FinTech customers through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Handle inquiries related to financial products, transactions, account management, and technical issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated with developments in FinTech products, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
- Provide insightful feedback to enhance customer experience and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sectors.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Competency with CRM applications and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
