Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading telecom company in Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will deliver high-quality support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries related to telecom products, services, and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecom services, billing, and technical support.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, managing subscriptions, and understanding product offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest telecom products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom industry or technical support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
