Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services to ensure a positive and effective communication experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, complaints, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback to management aimed at improving customer service and operational processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
