Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading household electronics company in Greece. The role involves providing outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding household electronic products.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and usage guidance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest product releases, updates, and company policies.
- Provide feedback to management to improve customer service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the household electronics sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
