Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking customers, helping them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Paid relocation to Greece is included to facilitate your transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Dyson products and services.
- Assist customers with product information, technical troubleshooting, and resolving service issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest Dyson product developments, features, and company policies.
- Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in electronics or related sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support will be provided.
