As a Customer Expert, you will provide exceptional assistance to Italian-speaking passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking airline passengers through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related requests.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and current industry trends to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
