Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role involves providing comprehensive customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries, claims, policy information, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to Italian-speaking customers regarding insurance products, claims handling, and policy details via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
