The successful candidates will provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
