In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients by assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer support processes and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
