Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proficient Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading automotive company in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with questions related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products, services, and maintenance.
- Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift resolution of issues.
- Stay informed on the latest automotive models, features, and company policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
