Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prominent web shop based in Greece. This role involves providing outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, payments, and delivery status.
- Assist with resolving customer complaints, returns, and refunds efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with logistics, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on product catalog, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback to management to improve customer service operations and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or web shop environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
