In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technology products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, company products, and policies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service processes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support in the technology sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
