Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prestigious Japanese multinational company in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and order inquiries.
- Assist with troubleshooting, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate and current information.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably with multinational companies or in similar industries.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
