Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking proficient German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Imperial Brands' products and services.
- Assist customers with questions, complaints, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about product developments, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within FMCG or related industries.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural workplace.
