Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for German-speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Dyson in Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients while enjoying the benefits of paid relocation to Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking Dyson customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and after-sales support.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Stay informed on Dyson products, policies, and updates to deliver accurate assistance.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within consumer electronics or household appliances.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support provided.
