Key Responsibilities

- Assist with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and general support related to travel accommodations.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-centric approach, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

Requirements
