This role involves delivering exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients within the financial technology sector, with the benefit of sponsored relocation to Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to French-speaking FinTech clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, transactions, account management, and technical issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve challenges and improve service standards.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the FinTech industry, including product updates and compliance requirements.
- Suggest insights for continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, especially within FinTech or financial services, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment while managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital customer support platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation costs covered.
