Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and professional support to French-speaking customers of the online bank via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, account management, and financial transactions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on the latest online banking services, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in financial customer service, preferably within online banking or fintech sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
