Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading consumer electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to electronic products, technical support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and friendly customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and service scheduling.
- Record customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest product developments, features, and company policies.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics sector.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
