Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for Danish-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts to join our team based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about video streaming services and eager to provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service in Danish via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about video streaming services.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription details, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update records in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about video streaming products, features, and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the video streaming or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment based in Greece.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
