In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients within the transportation sector. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support to Danish-speaking clients regarding transportation services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, schedules, and problem resolution across various communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
- Stay informed about the latest transportation products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and transportation systems is advantageous.
