Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level software support to Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Guide customers through software functionalities, installations, and updates to enhance user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to escalate complex technical issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest software developments and company products to deliver informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both verbal and written) is a must; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Strong technical aptitude and prior experience in software customer support or related roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
