Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive viewing experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support will be provided.
