Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Danish-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our innovative team in Greece. This role is essential for ensuring that generative AI-produced content meets rigorous standards for safety, accuracy, and ethical compliance. You will be instrumental in managing risks associated with AI content and promoting trustworthy digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor AI-generated content in Danish to identify potentially harmful, misleading, or policy-violating material.
- Assess GenAI content for compliance with trust and safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, policy teams, and moderators to enhance content safety frameworks.
- Develop strategic initiatives to uphold and improve the quality and trustworthiness of AI-generated content.
- Analyze trends and generate reports on content safety issues and emerging risks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster responsible AI use and awareness.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Proven experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or AI-related fields is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret nuanced content accurately.
- Knowledge of generative AI technologies and their challenges is preferred.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ethical responsibility.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a dynamic workplace environment.
