This role involves providing top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking clients in the financial technology sector, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to Danish-speaking FinTech clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about financial products, transactions, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to service improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with FinTech industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and operational processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; strong command of English is highly preferred.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital customer support platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
