Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading household electronics company in Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, technical issues, and product information for various household electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding household electronics products.
- Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and sales to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Stay updated on product features, new releases, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in household electronics or related industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
