Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prestigious international airline in Greece. This exciting role offers the chance to provide outstanding assistance to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring smooth travel experiences and excellent service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from Danish-speaking customers regarding flight bookings, schedules, baggage policies, and other airline services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in managing reservations, addressing travel issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal airline departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
