Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking skilled Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role offers a great opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to Danish-speaking customers regarding insurance products, claims, and policies through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and problem resolution efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow company protocols for service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest insurance products, regulations, and guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Contribute feedback and insights to improve customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
