Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking skilled Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to become part of our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. This position involves providing comprehensive customer service and technical support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat about electronic products and services.
- Assist with troubleshooting, product inquiries, warranty issues, and order processing.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow up as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with new electronics products, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer experience and support processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (spoken and written); English proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
