Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our dynamic team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with product inquiries, technical assistance, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Danish-speaking customers' questions and concerns about electronic products via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates, new technologies, and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
