Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team servicing a leading automotive company in Greece. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to support Danish-speaking customers by providing exceptional assistance related to automotive products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products, services, and inquiries.
- Assist customers with product details, service bookings, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about latest automotive products, features, and company policies to provide precise information.
- Offer feedback to management for continuous improvement in customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
