Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading web shop in Greece. This role provides the opportunity to assist Danish-speaking customers by delivering outstanding support related to online shopping, orders, and product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product information, returns, and shipping.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and complaints following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and policies of the web shop.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
