In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to cutting-edge tech products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding tech products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer problems and improve service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends, company products, and policies to deliver accurate assistance.
- Contribute feedback and ideas to enhance customer support processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly valued.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support within the technology sector is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
