In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless communication experience while representing a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding cases using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Stay informed about company offerings, policies, and updates to provide accurate and current information.
- Provide feedback to management on customer insights to improve services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably with multinational companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
