Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for enthusiastic Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a renowned car company in Greece. This role involves delivering excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning car products, services, and maintenance inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information, booking services, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
