We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Bearing Wholesalers team based in Thomastown.

In this role, you will manage and grow a customer portfolio by delivering outstanding service, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our specialist product range. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships while contributing to ongoing business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proact
  • Manage a structured call cycle across your territory
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and increase share of wallet
  • Maintain accurate customer records and reporting
  • Provide weekly sales activity and opportunity updates
  • Support customers with product knowledge, training, and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and branch operations
  • Execute sales and promotional initiatives

You’re a driven sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys being on the road building relationships.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally within automotive, industrial, or related industries
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence customer decisions
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a results focus
  • Current driver’s licence with a strong driving record
